All our orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. Every item is sent in sturdy, well sealed carton boxes, not envelopes.
On some shipments (depending on country) we may include a Bayberry Bark brochure in order to protect the item and your privacy.
All our shipments are certified and a tracking number is provided for your convenience.
Sometimes, but not often, the post office will misplace an item. On such occasions, one time, and after a grace period of 25 business days of no-show we will offer you a 100% refund on the value of your order no questions asked.
