Shipping & Refunds

All our orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. Every item is sent in sturdy, well sealed carton boxes, not envelopes.

On some shipments (depending on country) we may include a Bayberry Bark brochure in order to protect the item and your privacy. 

All our shipments are certified and a tracking number is provided for your convenience.

Sometimes, but not often, the post office will misplace an item. On such occasions we can offer one of the following options:

1. A 100% refund for the total amount due.

2. A one time reship of your order at no cost to you.
